Return Policy
We choose our products carefully and stand behind them with a moneyback guarantee! If any of our products do not satisfy you, you may return them within 30 days for a prompt refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges). This includes products that have been washed or used! (After all, how can you tell if something fits or works unless you try it?) We want to make it easy for you to find what is best for your baby, because we are committed to your success in cloth diapering.
Please note that we cannot accept returns beyond 30 days on washed or used items (though products unwashed and in the original packaging often can be; please call first).
The one conditional guarantee item is the Night Pants, and we ask you to meet us halfway on this. You can still try one pair to be sure they work for your child; but due to their high cost, we will accept just one used pair back (along with any still in the package and in new condition).
Shipping Rates:
We ship via UPS Ground or First Class Mail, depending on package weight and destination. We must ship First Class to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and Post Office Boxes. Please add $2.00 per dozen for diapers that must be shipped First Class (does not apply to UPS shipments). Extra shipping charges will also apply to Bi-O-Kleen products being shipped First Class.
NEW SHIPPING CHARGE POLICY, effective June 2007: With the new higher shipping rates by U.P.S., it is no longer cost effective for us to ship small Biokleen orders for $4.50 OR $5.50 (when our cost can easily exceed $10). 0Therefore, for all orders containing Biokleen (except for the bulk 50 lb. or 5 gallon sizes), we must add an additional $5 to the regular shipping charges to compensate. We'll adjust the shipping charge when we process your order, and E mail your revised total back to you.

About Our Mailing List
Selling your name (more often called "making your name available to other companies") is a very profitable and almost universal practice among mail order companies, even those proclaiming themselves to be environmentally conscious. We think this practice is an environmental abomination. Untold millions of unwanted catalogs end up in the garbage can each day; each made of precious natural resources. Furthermore, a lot of people feel that the daily appearance of unwanted catalogs in their mailbox is an invasion of their privacy or, at least, a nuisance. Rest assured that with us, you're only on our mailing list. We'd rather make profits from honest sales. In addition, you won't receive monthly mailings of our cataloganother common mail order practice which we find extremely wasteful. We hope you'll keep our catalog on hand for future use, or pass it along to friends... and give us a call if you lose it, we'll be glad to send you another. If you ever wish to be removed from our mailing list, a simple phone call or note will do it immediately.
For Our Non-USA Customers
We're happy to do business with anyone in the world; we just have to do it differently. Because of the high cost, we cannot return foreign telephone calls or faxes, but we welcome you to call or fax us. Better yet, if you have a computer, we can communicate via e-mail to answers questions or inquiries about shipping rates for specific orders to your country. Contact us at customerservice@babyworks.com. Rates vary widely on foreign orders, because of weight of package and destination; therefore, we must quote rates individually. We encourage you to check your country's policies on charging duty or other additional fees and taxes, as these will not be included in the costs of goods or shipping.
